The Baratza Sette 270 wi grinder is the latest coffee grinder to retain innovative enhancements by Baratza and includes around 40 improvements. Leaving from the standard design, the Sette 270 wi features a rotating external burr and a specified inner burr. Rotation via the external burr allows the steel 40mm conical burrs to grind between 3.5g and 5.5g of coffee per second, which is quite faster than other grinders this size. The burrs are designed to stay intense and correctly aligned in the grinder for years, and they also keep far fewer beds than rival standards. Baratza’s extreme gear drive design makes for an ultra-efficient gearbox, which decreases the gear speed by 19:1. The Sette 270 wi has 30 macro grind settings, appropriate for espresso through to Chemex size grind. Every macro setting has 9 extra micro settings that provide you with full authority over the grind so you can brew coffee that is perfect for your choice. You can even grind directly into a portafilter or coffee brewer.
