Cancellations & Returns

We offer a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return or replace the product within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Your order can be returned within 7 working days from receiving the order, so long as they are unused, unopened and in the original packaging.

Refund if paid by:

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Credit/Debit Card: The amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days, to the same credit/debit card used during the order process.
